Itezz Inc. in Maryland seeks a senior Security Systems Engineer (ISSE) to lead design, development, and integration of secure networking and enclave environments for federal programs.

The role requires TS/SCI with polygraph and deep experience with RMF, NIST, and DoD security controls. You will collaborate with architects and development teams, perform risk analyses, review C&A artifacts, and ensure compliant security engineering across multiple enclaves.

Qualifications

• TS/SCI with Agency Appropriate Polygraph required.
• 20 years ISSE experience on programs of similar scope and complexity.
• Bachelor's degree in CS or related; master substitute for 2 years.
• DoD 8570.01-M IASAE Level 3; CISSP-ISSEP certification required.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and integrate secure networking, computing, and enclave environments.
• Assess threats, perform risk management, and ensure RMF compliance.
• Provide security planning, accreditation artifacts, and policy alignment.
• Coordinate with architects, developers, and government customers on security requirements.
