SECON-DELTA is seeking a Sr. Information Systems Security Engineer for an on-site Hanover, MD role requiring active TS/SCI with full-scope polygraph. You will design, implement, and assess security across multi-enclave networks and systems, ensuring compliance with DoD RMF and related standards.

Applicants must have IASAE Level 3, ISSEP and CISSP, and 20 years of ISSE experience plus relevant degrees. This is a challenging, high-responsibility position with opportunities for advancement within

Qualifications

• Twenty (20) years’ ISSE experience on similar scope contracts.
• Bachelor’s degree required; higher years may substitute per policy.
• Master’s degree may reduce required years of experience.
• Knowledge of Federal, NSA, IC, and DoD security regulations and policy.
• DoD 8570 IASAE Level 3 with ISSEP and CISSP required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary security engineering representative on teams for secure environments.
• Apply Cybersecurity policy to design and implement secure architectures.
• Review and ensure C&A documentation compliance and risk management.
• Support security planning, assessment, and risk management activities.
• Identify and address security requirements for multiple enclaves.
