Job summary

Wyetech, LLC seeks an experienced Information Systems Security Engineer (ISSE) to support secure DoD information systems in a hybrid San Antonio environment. The candidate will design, implement, assess, and authorize secure architectures across multiple enclaves with varying classifications.

The role requires TS/SCI with Full Scope Poly, RMF/DIACAP experience, and strong knowledge of NIST SP 800-53, STIGs, and vulnerability management.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance with Full Scope Polygraph.
• Experience supporting large, complex, multi-tiered DoD environments.
• Familiarity with RMF/DIACAP processes and security control frameworks.
• Experience using RMF systems (eMASS/Xacta) for authorization workflows.
• Knowledge of NIST SP 800-53 controls and STIG/SRG guidance.

Responsibilities

• Design, evaluate, and support secure system and network architectures across multiple enclaves.
• Create and maintain security authorization documentation per DoD policies.
• Implement RMF processes throughout system lifecycle.
• Apply NIST 800-53 controls and develop compliance artifacts.
• Navigate RMF tools (eMASS/Xacta) and manage POA&M.
• Assess and remediate vulnerabilities and ensure continuous monitoring.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to integrate security into architectures.
