Job summary

Enlighten is seeking an Information Systems Security Engineer (ISSE) to design systems across multiple enclaves with varying data protection requirements. The candidate will work in a hybrid schedule, with 1–3 onsite days per week in San Antonio, TX, and must understand distributed cloud-based architectures for big data applications.

The ideal candidate has extensive DoD RMF experience, TS/SCI clearance, and a strong grasp of network protocols and secure architectures.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance required.
• DoD RMF/DIACAP experience preferred.
• 13+ years in related field with high school diploma or 9+ years with Bachelor's/7+ with Masters.

Responsibilities

• Create, review and edit authorization documentation per DoD policy.
• Implement DoD RMF system accreditation processes.
• Assess risk of integrated open-source and COTS/GOTS software.
• Use vulnerability management systems and security scanning tools.
• Collaborate with diverse audiences and stakeholders.
• Support security planning, risk analysis and mitigation.
