Job summary

Erias Ventures seeks an Information Systems Security Engineer (ISSE) to design and secure multi-enclave systems, focusing on big data cloud architectures. You will create, review, and implement RMF artifacts and participate in risk assessments to strengthen security posture.

Required is an active Secret U.S. Government clearance. The role supports a hybrid schedule with 1–2 days weekly at the San Antonio, TX office and offers a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Nine plus years of ISSE or security-focused software/systems engineering experience on large programs.
• Strong understanding of DoD RMF processes and system accreditation.
• Experience applying NIST SP 800-53 and STIG/SRG guidance.

Responsibilities

• Create, review and edit authorization documentation for DoD compliance.
• Assess risk and support RMF accreditation and security planning.
• Guide development teams to meet security posture requirements.
• Interact with stakeholders and work in a hybrid San Antonio environment.
