Job summary

Interface Systems is seeking a Level 3 iSOC Coordinator to monitor and respond to security events from our 24/7 operations center. You will manage live audio interactions, verify alarms, and coordinate with emergency responders across U.S. sites.

The role requires strong communication, quick decision‑making, and the ability to de‑escalate threats. Training is provided, with a competitive shift differential and performance bonuses.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong active listening and problem‑solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Perform remote security checks and virtual site tours.
• Conduct virtual security escorts during business opening/closing.
• Use two‑way audio/video surveillance to interact with monitored sites.
• Notify and coordinate with emergency services when needed.
• Answer inbound calls to resolve security and system inquiries.
• Maintain accurate records in the automation system and document interactions.
• Verify alarms with video and communicate critical information to personnel.
• Provide life safety support and dispatch to emergencies as required.
• Manage live audio interactions during incidents.
• De-escalate situations involving loitering or trespassing when appropriate.
• Generate detailed incident reports and ensure follow‑ups.
