Job summary

City and County of San Francisco’s Department of Homelessness and Supportive Housing seeks a Senior IS Business Analyst. You will oversee the ONE System’s processes, collaborate across program teams, the Department of Technology, providers, and the SaaS vendor to deliver data-driven improvements.

You will lead efforts to automate API data flows from provider systems into the ONE System, reduce duplicative entry, and support housing, outreach, and service coordination workflows for clients.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication with stakeholders.
• Seasoned business analyst with HMIS or large SaaS systems.
• Experience coordinating with providers and technology teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee ONE System processes and provide technical leadership.
• Collaborate with HSH program teams, Department of Technology, providers, and the SaaS vendor.
• Support data automation via APIs and streamline case management workflows.
