Job summary

Responsibilities

• Coordinate shelter and interim housing matchmaking and throughput.
• Manage move-in schedules and provider availability.
• Maintain communication with service providers and partners to coordinate move-ins.
• Provide high-level customer service for referrals and scheduling requests.
• Utilize HMIS to monitor program activity and ensure data accuracy.
• Prepare data summaries, dashboards, and reports for management decisions.
