You will deploy and maintain lab technology, automate tasks, and balance scientific needs with security and enterprise priorities across IT and researchers. The role offers hands-on experience in infrastructure and data protection.

Qualifikationen

• Doctorate, or Master’s, or Bachelor’s with extensive relevant experience.
• 3–5 years of experience in systems administration and infrastructure.
• Strong customer focus; manage support requests per user expectations.
• Ability to define infrastructure requirements and automate server tasks.

Aufgaben

• Partner with the Benchtop Product Team to manage lifecycle of instrument software and lab computing platforms.
• Resolve support requests involving laboratory computers, software, Windows upgrades, and troubleshooting.
• Coordinate with vendors to obtain current software, drivers, patches, and packages.
• Collaborate with infrastructure teams to build and support DEV, TEST, PROD environments in cloud and on‑premises.
• Test software and hardware updates, develop migration strategies, and support benchtop platforms.
• Create and maintain documentation and SOPs for lifecycle processes.
• Manage ServiceNow activities and end‑of‑life assets; coordinate with business partners to deliver solutions.
