Job summary

Amgen Inc. (IR) in Thousand Oaks, CA, is seeking a Sr Associate IS Analyst in Process Development Labs to maintain a secure technology environment for scientists and benchtop platforms.

You will partner with researchers and IT teams to deploy, support, and modernize lab computing, software and hardware, ensuring data protection and efficient automation. You will contribute to building scalable, reliable infrastructure, support migrations, and create documentation while balancing scientific needs

Qualifications

• Doctorate/Master/Bachelor/Diploma level education with relevant IT/Infrastructure focus.

Responsibilities

• Manage lifecycle of instrument controller software and benchtop lab platforms.
• Resolve support requests for laboratory computers and Windows upgrades.
• Coordinate with vendors for software, drivers, patches.
• Build and support DEV/TEST/PROD environments in cloud and on-premises.
• Create and maintain SOPs and documentation for lifecycle processes.
• Manage ServiceNow activities including access reviews and asset lifecycle.
• Collaborate with business partners to deliver practical, innovative solutions.
