Job summary

Advarra is seeking a remote-based IRB Meeting Coordinator to manage the workflow of IRB meetings, review submissions, assign reviews to Board members, and prepare informed consent forms in compliance with applicable regulations.

The role requires at least 2 years of IRB experience (or equivalent education) and CIP certification or eligibility within one year, with proficiency in MS Word and Outlook. The base salary range is $66,767–$116,089, plus eligibility for a bonus and benefits.

Qualifications

• 2+ years IRB experience or a combination of education and experience.
• Certified IRB Professional (CIP) or CIP within one year of eligibility.
• Advanced knowledge of federal laws and guidelines for Human Subjects Protection.
• Proficient with MS Word and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate communication between Client Services, Board reviewers, and Client.
• Prepare Meeting/Post meeting ICFs reflecting Board concerns and edits.
• Prepare proposed meeting determinations for Chair review.
• Host web platform for IRB meetings.
• Provide pre- and during-meeting support to Chairs and Board Members for regulatory compliance.
• Develop improvements to IRB review methods.
