Job summary

MLT Systems seeks a Senior IPS Logistics Analyst to provide senior‑level analytical, policy, and IPS expertise supporting acquisition and sustainment programs across the Marine Corps enterprise.

The role focuses on developing metrics dashboards (Excel/Power BI), conducting trend analyses, and producing briefing materials to enable informed government decisions. Bachelor’s degree and 10+ years in DoD logistics required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) with 10+ years in acquisition logistics, product support, or sustainment.
• Strong understanding of DoD5000 and Marine Corps lifecycle logistics.
• Experience developing dashboards and presenting findings to senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop, update, and maintain dashboards in Excel/Power BI from reports and data sources.
• Conduct trend analyses and studies to support new requirements.
• Prepare briefings and synopses for government decision‑making.
• Map processes and analyze workflows to drive improvements.
• Review and update IPSE documentation, processes, and guidance.
