Job summary

MLT Systems is seeking a Senior Program Analyst in Stafford, VA, full-time, to support DoD acquisitions and Navy/Marine Corps programs. The role involves assisting the Government Team Lead to manage goals, schedules, and resources, ensuring cost, schedule, and performance targets are met.

Qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree (preferred) and 8 years of progressive program analytics experience, along with an Active Secret security clearance.

Qualifications

• 8 years of progressive experience in program analytics in a defense acquisitions program office or similar organization.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Active Secret Security Clearance required.
• Not eligible for remote work or 100% telework.
• Mid-level knowledge of Government acquisition practices and processes.
• Experience with U.S. Navy/U.S. Marine Corps programs or operations.

Responsibilities

• Serve in a Program Analyst / Project Officer role.
• Assist the Government Team Lead to manage project goals and plans for successful project execution.
• Advise on cost, schedule, and performance parameters for programs transitioning through the AAF and DoDI 5000 series.
• Monitor performance of strategies to ensure cost, schedule, and performance objectives.
• Maintain communication with stakeholders to optimize sharing of critical information.
• Develop, review, and manage program plans and schedules to meet milestones.
