Job summary

KSA Integration is seeking a Senior AI Data Analyst to support the Marine Corps Program Office and HQMC I&L Global Positioning Network. This on-site role in the Pentagon leads analytics, modeling, and simulation efforts to inform prepositioning and global logistics decisions.

The position requires a Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years of experience with AI/ML, Python/R, and DoW data environments, with an active Secret clearance. Start date upon contract award.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Eight or more years of related experience.
• Expertise in developing algorithms, creating user interfaces, synthesizing data, and producing visualizations with Python or R.
• Proven experience applying AI/ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch) to develop predictive models and analyze complex datasets.
• Experience using high-resolution modeling and simulation software (e.g., ExtendSim) and simulation-optimization tools (e.g., OptDef).
• Familiarity with data from DoW logistics systems (e.g., TFSMS, GCSS-MC, MCPIC) and ability to manipulate sources for model input.
• Active Secret security clearance (must be maintained for the duration of the contract).
• Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a DoW CAC.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary on-site analytical advisor for Analytics, Modeling, and Simulation at the Pentagon; facilitate technical discussions with Government stakeholders.
• Lead and direct the off-site data team, setting priorities and ensuring analytical quality and timeliness.
• Implement data standards and deploy automation tools to extract, synthesize, and validate data from disparate sources.
• Construct data sets, monitor data quality, and troubleshoot database issues for model input integrity.
• Develop algorithms, interfaces, and visualizations using Python and R for senior decision-makers.
• Apply AI/ML frameworks to develop predictive models and analyze complex logistics datasets.
