Job summary

First Division Consulting, Inc is seeking a Logistics Analyst II to provide acquisition logistics and sustainment support to Marine Corps Systems Command programs throughout the lifecycle. This role focuses on logistics planning, readiness assessments, documentation development, and property accountability for ACAT and other Marine Corps programs.

You will apply IPS Elements, assist ILAs, maintain government logistics systems (TFSMS, L-DART, GCSS-MC), analyze data, and support training,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related discipline.
• 4-6 years of experience supporting DoD acquisition logistics or sustainment programs.
• Strong analytical, organizational, technical writing, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide logistics documentation support through development, review, and updating of acquisition logistics documentation.
• Support development and maintenance of LCSPs, ILAs, Fielding Plans, IUID Implementation Plans, and related logistics documents.
• Apply knowledge of IPS Elements and support ILAs per DoN, USMC, and MCSC guidance.
• Maintain working knowledge of government logistics systems (TFSMS, L-DART, GCSS-MC, VIPER, DLA LIS).
• Conduct readiness assessments and assist with DMSMS, RTC analyses, and readiness reporting.
• Provide training materials, NET program support, and ensure documentation adheres to military standards.
