Job summary

Sierra Nevada Corporation (SNC) is seeking a Senior Logistics Engineer - IPS Lead in Hagerstown, MD. You will provide expert logistics support for engineering projects, lead modeling and analysis efforts, and develop comprehensive ILSPs to optimize sustainment across programs.

Responsibilities include leading logistics planning, participating in formal design reviews, and producing maint and provisioning data. A strong background in IPS and CAM is required, with Top Secret clearance desired.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Logistics, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in manufacturing or process engineering.
• Expert proficiency in logistics modeling and maintenance analysis.
• Experience as an IPS Lead or IPS Manager; CAM experience.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, direct, coordinate, and manage logistics requirements for design, deployment, installation and sustainment of programs.
• Lead design reviews and customer engagements; present logistics program at SRR, PDR, SDR.
• Develop provisioning documentation and MIL-STDs based logistics data.
• Lead logistics teams through product development phases and apply CAM cost/schedule reporting.
• Support continuous process improvements to enhance quality and productivity.
