Job summary
Sierra Nevada Corporation seeks a Senior Logistics Engineer to provide expert-level logistics support for engineering projects within the Mission Solutions and Technologies (MST) area. You will lead logistics modeling and analysis, develop ILSPs, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to optimize logistics processes for DoD and international customers.
Role demands leadership, advanced analytics, and CAM/IPS experience.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Logistics, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in manufacturing or process engineering.
- Expert proficiency in logistics modeling techniques and maintenance requirements analysis.
- Extensive understanding of engineering design and manufacturing processes.
- Advanced analytical skills.
- Experience working in multi-disciplinary design & development teams.
- Control Account Manager (CAM) experience.
- Experience serving as an Integrated Product Support (IPS) Lead or IPS Manager.
Responsibilities
- Plan, organize, direct and manage logistics requirements for design, deployment, installation, and sustainment of programs.
- Develop proposals, statements of work, and Integrated Logistics Support Plans (ILSPs).
- Lead logistics program presentations for SRR, PDR, SDR and major reviews.
- Develop RAM programs, and manage HMMP reports and HSIs.
