Job summary

RMantra Solutions is seeking an Enterprise Voice Engineer to sustain and enhance a large, resilient IP voice/video network for DISA Voice Services. You will lead tasks from maintenance to change management, ensuring secure and reliable communications across WAN; configuring Cisco/Juniper devices, voice applications, and firewall components.

The role requires DoD 8750 IAT II or Security+ CE, active Secret clearance, and hands-on experience with CUCM, Unity, SBCs, AVAYA Aura, and security-focused

Qualifications

• Requires DoD 8750 IAT II or Security+ CE or equivalent.
• Experience with Cisco, Avaya or Oracle voice platforms (CUCM, Unity, CUBE, SBC, Avaya Aura).
• Expertise in SIP signaling and call flow.
• Active Secret clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Perform engineering tasks to maintain a large, complex IP voice/video/data network.
• Configure and troubleshoot voice/video/data network components and device profiles.
• Manage change requests and document actions.
• Analyze and resolve SIP signaling, call-flows, and remote site registration issues.
• Support and maintain distributed firewall infrastructure.
• Develop technical policies and reporting for IP telephony network.
• Perform fault analysis and configuration of voice subscribers and routing rules.
