Job summary

The University of North Texas in Denton is seeking a Senior Licensing Analyst to support the development, negotiation, and management of intellectual property licensing agreements. Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business, science, engineering, law, or related field and five years of licensing, technology transfer, or business development experience.
  • Experience in drafting and negotiating licensing terms and agreements.
  • Experience with IP management and portfolio evaluation.

Responsibilities

  • Drafts and negotiates terms of licensing agreements and coordinates with UNT personnel for final execution.
  • Manages a portfolio of technologies, evaluating technical and market potential and building industry networks.
  • Maintains Inteum IP management database for licensing agreements and milestones.
  • Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor.
