Ensono is seeking a Senior Automation & Observability Engineer for remote work in the United States. The role focuses on monitoring, automating, and optimizing enterprise infrastructure, applications, and IoT telemetry with industry-standard tools and frameworks.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in monitoring and observability for enterprise systems.
• Strong automation and scripting skills (Python/PowerShell/Bash).
• Experience with FOAK/ELT deployments and telemetry pipelines.
• Ability to operate in 24x7 environments and manage incident response.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain enterprise monitoring and observability solutions.
• Develop dashboards and alerts using Grafana.
• Monitor infra, apps, IoT services with Instana, Grafana, SolarWinds.
• Configure data collection with Telegraf, Prometheus, and agents.
• Lead RCA and troubleshooting for infra/app issues.
• Support FOAK onboarding and ELT integrations.
