Job summary

Ensono is seeking an experienced Senior Automation & Observability Engineer to remotely support United States-based operations. You will design and maintain enterprise monitoring and observability stacks, build dashboards in Grafana, and manage telemetry pipelines across Linux/Windows, VMware, and IoT platforms.

You will work with IBM Instana, SolarWinds, Telegraf, Prometheus, and InfluxDB, driving automation using Python, PowerShell, and IaC tools.

Qualifications

• 7–10+ years in Monitoring, Observability, or SRE/Platform Engineering.
• Hands-on with Grafana, Instana, SolarWinds, Telegraf, Prometheus, InfluxDB.
• Experience with FOAK apps and Enterprise Telemetry (ELT) platforms.
• Strong RCA, incident management, and operational support skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain enterprise monitoring and observability solutions.
• Develop dashboards and alerts using Grafana; monitor ILT and telemetry pipelines.
• Configure data collection with Telegraf, Prometheus, and agents; ensure data quality.
• Lead incident management, RCA, and proactive health monitoring across domains.
