Job summary

Cadreforce seeks a Business Relationship Manager for Pharma in Santa Clara, CA to manage and grow a large pharma client relationship. You will own account commercial outcomes, engage senior stakeholders and delivery teams, identify opportunities, shape proposals, and expand the service footprint across engineering, manufacturing, IoT, digital health and lifecycle management.

You will drive pipeline, lead market expansion, coach regional teams, and build long-term partnerships with procurement

Qualifications

• Extensive pharma industry knowledge.
• Proven account management and client relationship experience in US.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience positioning offerings, developing proposals, and complex deal structuring.

Responsibilities

• Lead, Grow and Manage—Engineering, Manufacturing and IoT Solutions across Pharma customers, including Edge-to-Cloud IoT platforms, Connected Medical Devices, Digital Health and end-to-end Product Lifecycle Management services.
• Drive pipeline development and manage sales cycles to closure, contributing to revenue growth and market expansion.
• Engage regional sales teams to acquire new Logos for IoT & DE business.
• Provide domain expertise to shape solutions, proposals and value articulation to customers.
• Carry out market analysis and lead business planning and strategic sales activities.
• Engage in marketplace activities to drive awareness of IoT & Engineering solutions with targeted clients.
• Engage senior client executives, IT & Business leaders, and procurement stakeholders to build long-term partnerships.
• Build and maintain account maps, identify high-potential opportunities, and strategize go-to-market plans.
