Newrez in Coppell, TX is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and analysis in partnership with cross-functional teams. You will build models and dashboards, analyze results, provide insights, and support strategic decisions while operating with moderate independence in an on-site, collaborative environment.

Candidates should have 5+ years FP&A experience, a finance degree, and proficiency in Excel, BI tools, and ERP systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics.
• MBA, CFA, or CPA preferred.

Responsabilités

• Own reporting, budgeting, and forecasting processes for specific business units, functions, or projects.
• Build models and dashboards to forecast and analyze KPIs and business unit performance.
• Analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial results and communicate key drivers to stakeholders.
• Provide financial insights to support business unit leadership and evaluate initiatives.
• Prepare management reporting packages with commentary on variances and metrics.
• Identify opportunities for cost optimization and process improvements.
• Participate in long-range planning and scenario analysis.
• Provide ad-hoc financial analysis and reporting as needed.
