Job summary

Freedom Mortgage seeks an Analyst, Investor Rept Sr to prepare and reconcile monthly investor reports and remittances. The role handles cash movements, responds to inquiries, and supports audits and process improvements within investor reporting.

Responsibilities include pooling reconciliations, confirming balances, and maintaining relationships with GSE representatives while ensuring compliance with investor guidelines.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and solid math aptitude.
• Experience communicating findings and reporting to stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and reconcile monthly investor reports and remittances.
• Analyze system cutoff activity and test cash movements.
• Monitor custodial accounts to prevent overdrafts and arrange advances when needed.
• Coordinate with GSE/non-GSE representatives on servicing and reporting.
• Assist in audits and training of new hires as needed.
