Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or economics.
• MBA, CFA, or CPA preferred.
• 5+ years of FP&A experience, mortgage-related preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own reporting, budgeting, and forecasting for specific units.
• Build models and dashboards to forecast KPIs and performance.
• Provide financial insights to support leadership and business cases.
• Execute planning activities with guidance from management.
• Prepare management reporting with variances and KPIs.
• Identify opportunities for cost optimization and efficiency.
