Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
• Five+ years of experience in investor reporting, mortgage servicing, financial analysis, or related field.
• Experience applying agency guidelines and private investor requirements.

Responsibilities

• Ensure timely and accurate reporting, reconciliation, and remittance of loan servicing activity to investors and agencies.
• Monitor and reconcile custodial accounts, researching variances and discrepancies.
• Ensure compliance with investor requirements, agency guidelines, regulatory standards, and internal policies.
• Review, analyze, and validate investor reporting data, recommending corrective actions.
• Collaborate with Accounting, Servicing, Audit, Technology, and investors to resolve issues.
• Lead, train, and provide operational guidance to Investor Reporting staff.
• Track KPIs and report results, identifying risks to meet deadlines.
• Prepare and present investor reporting metrics and updates to management and investors.
• Identify, develop, and implement process improvements and automation opportunities.
