Job summary

Fay Servicing, LLC is seeking an Investor Reporting Analyst to manage complex reporting tasks for agency relationships and ensure compliance with investor guidelines. You will prepare daily and monthly reports, handle loan transfers between clients, and act as a subject matter expert on investor reporting.

The role requires 5+ years in Investor Reporting or Accounting, knowledge of servicing platforms like Black Knight MSP and LoanSphere, and strong analytical and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field or equivalent experience
• 5+ years in Investor Reporting or Investor Accounting with agency reporting knowledge
• Experience in mortgage servicing industry and understanding of processing rules
• Ability to analyze complex data and reconciliations
• Familiarity with custodial reconciliations preferred
• Proficiency with MS Office and data analysis tools

Responsibilities

• Manage complex investor reporting tasks and agency relationships
• Prepare and issue daily and monthly reports and transfer loans between clients or agencies
• Review and resolve monthly custodial account reconciliations
• Analyze servicing transactional data for compliance and accuracy
• Serve as SME in investor reporting and drive process improvements

Skills
