Job summary

JPMorganChase is seeking an Investor Reporting Vice President to lead a team focused on multifamily, commercial, affordable, and structured loans, including mortgage-backed securities. Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in investor reporting and/or commercial mortgage loan servicing.
• Experience leading others or team oversight and training.
• Strong attention to detail and quality/control discipline.
• Excellent business communication across internal departments and external parties.
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage, coach, and develop a team of Investor Reporting Associates, including onboarding and performance feedback.
• Own capacity planning and workload allocation for monthly/quarterly cycles and peak periods.
• Establish and reinforce quality standards, review practices, and escalation protocols to reduce defects.
• Oversee preparation of cash reporting and remittances to investors (Fannie Mae/Freddie Mac).
• Ensure accurate and timely submission of investor reports and related reconciliations.
• Maintain command of agency guides, servicing agreements, and key contract terms; document and resolve exceptions.
• Ensure adherence to internal policies, process controls, and management directives.
• Lead a strong control environment with procedures, reviews, and audit readiness.
• Drive process improvements to standardize, automate, and accelerate workflows.
• Maintain strong investor relations and interact with Agency partners and internal stakeholders.
