Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required for IR role.
• 2+ years of experience in IR, sell-side/buy-side, investment banking, or corporate finance.
• Strong communication with internal and external stakeholders.
• Financial statement understanding and disclosures.

• Ability to manage confidential information with discretion.

Responsibilities

• Support quarterly reporting, shareholder letter, conference calls, investor presentations and Q&A logistics.
• Prepare executive briefing materials and assist with investor marketing coordination (non-deal roadshows, conferences).
• Maintain internal financial consensus model and track sell-side estimates and valuation metrics.
• Analyze 13-F filings and produce quarterly ownership reports showing shareholder composition.
• Monitor peer results, research, and market trends to inform IR strategy.
• Maintain IR databases and research library.
