Aurora is seeking a Sr. Analyst, Investor Relations to support the Finance team in Pittsburgh. You will drive quarterly reporting, prepare materials for shareholders, and analyze ownership and market data.

This role requires strong communication, financial knowledge, and the ability to handle confidential information. As part of the IR function, you will maintain databases, track estimates, and participate in investor marketing efforts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor7s degree in finance or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in IR, sell-side/buy-side, investment banking, or corporate finance.
• Strong verbal and written communication with external and internal stakeholders.
• Financial acumen including understanding of financial statements.
• Excellent relationship-building and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information and stay detail oriented.
• Highly motivated self-starter with ownership mindset and curiosity.
• Desirable: autonomous vehicle industry experience.

Responsibilities

• Support quarterly reporting: shareholder letter, conference script, investor presentation, and Q&A, plus logistics.
• Prepare executive briefing materials and coordinate investor marketing efforts.
• Maintain the internal consensus model and track sell-side estimates.
• Analyze 13-F filings and develop quarterly ownership reports.
• Monitor peer results, research, and market trends to inform the IR team.
• Maintain IR databases including contact management and research library.
