Aurora is seeking a Sr. Analyst in Investor Relations to support quarterly reporting, investor communications, and financial analysis. This role reports to the VP, Investor Relations within our Finance organization and offers exposure to a growing autonomous transportation company.

Based in Dallas, TX, the role requires 2+ years in IR or related finance with strong communication skills. You will manage ownership reports, 13-F analysis, and investor events, while contributing to strategic market

Qualifications

• 2+ years of IR, sell-side/buy-side, or corporate finance experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication with stakeholders.
• Financial acumen and understanding of financial statements.

Responsibilities

• Support quarterly reporting including shareholder letter, script, presentations, and logistics.
• Prepare executive briefing materials and assist with investor marketing and roadshows.
• Maintain the internal financial consensus model and track analyst estimates.
• Analyze 13-F filings and produce a quarterly ownership report.
• Monitor peers, research, media coverage, and market trends for intel.
