Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking a senior accounting professional to supervise a team responsible for accounting, administration and investor servicing to investment companies and advisers.

The role requires leading the team, assessing business needs, driving risk mitigation, and ensuring accurate financial statement review and complex expense and incentive fee calculations. Location is on-site with three days per week in office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Five or more years of experience in alternative investments industry.
• CPA or CFA certification preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervises a team of administrators responsible for accounting, administration and investor servicing.
• Acts as escalation point and directs issue resolution and process changes to support client needs.
• Reviews accounting and financial statement information for audits and tax reviews.
• Set-up/processing of complex expense and incentive fee calculations and reconciliations.
