Job summary

KeyBank is seeking an Investor Accounting Analyst III in Overland Park, KS. You will handle complex calculations and reporting for PSAs, SSAs, ISAs, and CMBS deals under supervision.

Responsibilities include configuring investor data in Strategy/RECWEB, resolving exceptions, and collaborating with rating agencies, trustees, and investors. A background in finance or accounting and 1+ year of related experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting (preferred) or equivalent experience.
• 1+ year of investor reporting or related experience in loan servicing or CRE reporting (preferred).
• Experience interpreting complex servicing agreements and handling analytics.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and validate investor reports and remittances per servicing agreements.
• Interpret PSAs, SSAs, ISAs, and third-party contracts to determine reporting requirements.
• Configure investor and trustee data in Strategy and RECWEB systems.
• Analyze Realized Losses, ARAs, and ASERS for portfolios.
• Support risk identification and escalation with management.
