Job summary

U.S. Bank in Milwaukee seeks a senior client and internal liaison for complex trade inquiries affecting investment management clients.

You will lead end-to-end coordination of high-risk, time-sensitive matters, coordinating across Product, Operations, Risk, Technology and relationship teams. You will translate inquiries into repeatable playbooks and operating procedures, perform root-cause analysis, and drive improvements while ensuring client-ready updates and compliance.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree, or equivalent work experience.
• Typically eight to 10 years of job-related experience, preferably in institutional trust and/or financial industry.
• Advanced knowledge of the investment trade lifecycle, including trade capture, settlement, failed-trade management, cash and position impacts, market practices, and exception resolution.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end coordination of high-risk, time-sensitive, or recurring trade inquiries.
• Establish clear ownership across Product, Operations, Risk, Technology, relationship teams and other SMEs.
• Translate inquiries into repeatable playbooks, decision trees, escalation paths, and operating procedures.
• Identify recurring themes, facilitate root-cause analysis, and document corrective actions.
• Recommend process, control, data, training, and technology improvements.
