U.S. Bank is seeking a senior client and internal liaison for complex trade inquiries affecting investment management clients.

You will coordinate high-risk, time-sensitive matters and bring together Product, Operations, Risk, Technology, and relationship teams to drive timely resolution. You will translate inquiries into repeatable playbooks and procedures, identify recurring themes, perform root-cause analysis, and recommend improvements to controls, data, training, and technology in line with

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Typically eight to 10 years of job-related experience in institutional trust or financial industry.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end coordination of high-risk or time-sensitive trade inquiries.
• Establish clear ownership and coordinate Product, Operations, Risk, Technology, and relationship teams.
• Translate inquiries into repeatable playbooks and procedures.
• Identify recurring themes and perform root-cause analysis.
