Job summary

Constellation Investments is seeking a Sr. Investment Operations & Systems Engineer to advance automation and AI-driven solutions across investment workflows.

You’ll design, develop, and maintain systems supporting reconciliations, pricing updates, cash movements, and custody management. The role involves collaborating with investment, technology, finance, and operations teams to deliver reliable software and data solutions, with a focus on efficiency, accuracy, and scalability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical field.
• 3-5 years of experience developing software solutions, automation tools, AI-powered applications, or data-driven business solutions.
• Strong SQL and relational database experience.
• Experience developing integrations using APIs, databases, and other data exchange technologies.
• Knowledge of complex investments including private placements, derivatives, fixed income, mortgage loans, real estate, and equity securities.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain automation solutions for investment operations workflows including reconciliations, pricing updates, tracking cash movement, and custody account management.
• Create and deploy software solutions, integrations, and AI-powered applications that improve operational efficiency and strengthen business processes.
• Create automated reporting and dashboards for senior management.
• Collaborate with investment, technology, finance, and operations teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
