The Capital Group is seeking a Senior Specialist for the New Investment Strategies & Capabilities team in Southern California. You will evaluate opportunities, perform market research, and translate insights into actionable recommendations for governance and leadership.
You will contribute to strategic roadmaps and business cases, lead small-to-medium projects, and collaborate with senior leaders across functions to drive investment solutions from concept to launch.
Qualifications
- At least 5 years of experience in product strategy, development, or related field.
- Strong investment acumen and understanding of asset management and markets.
- Ability to translate complex qualitative and quantitative information into actionable recommendations.
- Strong problem solver in ambiguous environments with structured thinking and judgment.
- Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and collaborating with diverse stakeholders.
- Excellent written and verbal communication to senior audiences.
