Job summary

Saint Cyr Partners is seeking a senior Investment Funds Associate Attorney for its Investment Management & Funds practice across multiple U.S. offices, including NJ (Hackensack).

The hybrid role focuses on complex fund formation, structuring, and regulatory matters for private equity sponsors, hedge funds, and other vehicles. The candidate should have a JD from an ABA-accredited law school, active bar admission, and 10+ years of experience advising on funds governance, disclosures, and

Qualifications

• JD from ABA-accredited law school with excellent academic record.
• Active Bar Admission in the relevant jurisdiction in good standing.
• 10+ years of experience in investment fund formation, structuring, and regulatory compliance.
• Deep knowledge of private equity funds, hedge funds, credit funds, and other vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Advise fund sponsors and investment managers on formation, structuring, and launch of funds.
• Draft and negotiate fund documentation including LPAs and private placement memoranda.
• Counsel on regulatory compliance under federal and state securities laws.
• Provide advice on fund operations, governance, and investor relations.
• Collaborate with tax, regulatory, and transactional teams to deliver solutions.
