A national AmLaw 200 firm seeks a seasoned Investment Funds Attorney to join its Investment Management & Funds practice across multiple U.S. offices. This hybrid role offers high-value fund formation, structuring, and governance work for private equity sponsors, hedge funds, and other investment vehicles.

The ideal candidate has a JD from an ABA-accredited law school, active bar admission, 10+ years of fund experience, and strong client-service skills. Large-firm background preferred.

Qualifications

• JD from an ABA-accredited law school with an excellent academic record.
• Active Bar Admission in the relevant jurisdiction, in good standing.
• 10+ years of experience in investment fund formation, structuring, and regulatory matters.

Responsibilities

• Advise fund sponsors and managers on formation, structuring, and launches.
• Draft and negotiate fund documents including LPAs and PMs.
• Counsel on regulatory compliance under securities laws.
