Job summary

PNC is seeking a Business Analytics Lead Senior in its Investment Data and Innovation group, based in Pittsburgh, Philadelphia, or other major locations. You will lead a centralized investment data warehouse, govern data, and build pipelines to support multiple functions and business units.

The role emphasizes scalable data architecture, data governance, and the development of data-driven solutions for senior leadership, including AI/ML capabilities and modern data platforms.

Qualifications

• Experience in Investment Management environments.
• Enterprise-scale data warehouses and investment data platforms experience.
• Oracle-based data warehousing and big data technologies proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of a centralized investment data warehouse to provide a single source of truth.
• Design scalable data architecture with strong governance, quality, lineage, and lifecycle management.
• Build and oversee data pipelines for ingestion, transformation, and distribution.
• Develop analytical solutions for data-driven decision making for business leadership.
• Collaborate with Technology on domain-based data rollouts (asset master, portfolio, risk, ESG).
• Translate business requirements into reusable data models and data products.
• Lead development of data-driven applications, APIs, and user interfaces to support analytics and workflow automation.
• Identify and implement AI/ML and other emerging technologies to enhance capabilities.
