Job summary

PNC is seeking a Senior Business Analytics Lead to drive the design and governance of an investment data warehouse, building scalable data pipelines and analytics products for executive decision-making. Qualifications

• Experience in Investment Management or Financial Services environments.
• Deep understanding of the full investment lifecycle including risk, governance and reporting.
• Proven experience designing and managing enterprise-scale data warehouses and investment data platforms.
• Strong SQL, Python, PySpark and ETL/ELT development skills.
• Experience with API development and data services.
• Experience with BI/dashboard tools (Tableau, Power BI) and front-end technologies.
• Experience with AI/ML, Generative AI and LLMs.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of a centralized investment data warehouse and single source of truth.
• Design scalable data architecture with governance, quality, and lineage.
• Build data pipelines for ingestion, transformation and distribution.
• Develop analytical solutions for leadership to enable data-driven decisions.
• Partner with Technology on data rollouts for assets, portfolios and risk.
• Translate business requirements into reusable data models and data products.
• Lead development of data-driven applications, APIs, and UI for analytics.
• Identify and implement emerging technologies to enhance capabilities.
