PNC Financial Services Group, Inc. seeks a Business Analytics Lead in the Retail Deposits and Household Analytics organization, based in Pittsburgh, Cleveland or Tysons Corner.

You will lead complex analytics projects, mentor staff, and advise on BI and scoring to enable data-driven decisions. The role requires a strong quantitative background, 10+ years in analytics, and advanced SQL/Python and Tableau skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field; advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in advanced analytics, statistics, data science, BI, or related field.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL and/or Python, and data visualization tools such as Tableau.

Responsibilities

• Lead analytics processes across functions or business units using complex analytical tools to create data-driven solutions.
• Mentor junior employees and consult with clients on tool and strategy implementation and monitoring, scoring, BI, data quality, and analytics product development.
• Determine optimal analytic approaches and support development, implementation and enhancements.
