Qualifications

5+ years of experience in data analytics, business analytics, business intelligence, or data-driven decision support.
Experience presenting complex analytics to senior leadership and stakeholders.
Experience with sandbox data environments and risk/governance initiatives.

Responsibilities

Lead analytics initiatives aligning with business strategy, customer experience, and risk management.
Analyze large consumer datasets to generate actionable insights.
Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting using Tableau or Power BI and Python/SQL.
Collaborate with business, risk, and technology partners to deliver analytical solutions.
Mentor junior analysts on best practices in analytics and BI.
