Job summary

PNC is seeking a Business Analytics Lead in its Asset Management Group Investment Office, based in Pittsburgh, PA. The role focuses on building and maintaining dashboards and reports to provide actionable insights, manage risk, and drive efficiency for business partners.

You will lead analytics across multiple functions, mentor junior teammates, and collaborate with stakeholders to design data visualizations using Tableau, Power BI, SQL, Python and Hadoop.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of analytics or related experience.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience with BI tools and data visualization.
• Strong problem solving and collaboration skills.
• Familiarity with SQL, Python, Hadoop and Oracle.

Responsibilities

• Leads the analytics processes across multiple functions or business units and mentors junior staff.
• Consults with clients and guides on tool and strategy implementation and data quality.
• Determines optimal analytic approaches and supports development and enhancements.
• Helps peers with guidance on analytic methods for complex solutions.
• Designs and optimizes analytical solutions for leadership to enable data-driven decisions.
• Analyzes results and communicates conclusions to senior management.
