Brown Gibbons Lang & Company (BGL), a leading independent investment bank, seeks an Investment Banking Senior Analyst to join its Services Team in Chicago or Cleveland. You will support senior bankers in transaction execution, perform financial analysis and modeling, conduct industry research and due diligence, and develop client presentation materials.

Qualifications include 2+ years in M&A IB and a Bachelor’s in Business, Finance, or Accounting.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of M&A investment banking experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting.
• Sell-side M&A experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of accounting and financial modeling.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong work ethic, organization, and ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
