Job summary

Brown Gibbons Lang & Company (BGL) is seeking an Investment Banking Vice President to join its Services and Infrastructure platform in Chicago, IL, with flexibility for other offices. The role emphasizes leading day-to-day execution, managing deal teams, and developing marketing materials for complex M&A transactions.

The candidate will support senior bankers, drive successful transaction execution, and assist with business development while mentoring junior staff.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of experience focused on mergers and acquisitions investment banking, preferably within the infrastructure and environment space.
• Strong sell-side M&A experience, as well as experience in buy-side and capital raising transactions.
• Proven track record of strong transaction execution including new business presentations, financial analysis, transaction marketing documents and preparation of other related materials.
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Strong work ethic and organization skills

The Services and Infrastructure team at Brown Gibbons Lang & Company (BGL) is seeking an Investment Banking Vice President to join the platform. BGL’s growing Service and Infrastructure team focuses on several key areas: Environmental Infrastructure, Energy Transition, Digital Infrastructure, Transportation & Logistics Infrastructure, Facility & Field Services, Professional Services and Tech-Enabled Services. This opportunity is open to our offices in Cleveland, OH, Chicago, IL or New York, NY.

Responsibilities:
