Qualifications

• One or more years of experience in M&A Investment Banking or corporate M&A.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance or Accounting is required.
• Sell-side M&A experience is preferred.
• Healthcare and life sciences experience is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of accounting and financial modeling.
• Proven track record of transaction execution and related materials.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong work ethic and organization.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize workload and meet deadlines.
