The role focuses on M&A advisory across branded consumer, eCommerce, and Food & Beverage sectors, with an emphasis on market research and deal execution.

Responsibilities include preparing proposals, financial models, due diligence, and marketing materials, while collaborating with senior bankers to drive business growth.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of previous experience in M&A Investment Banking.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance or Accounting.
• Sell side M&A experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of accounting and financial modeling.
• Proven track record of transaction execution including presentations, financial analysis, transaction marketing documents and preparation of other materials.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Superior work ethic and organization skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize workload.
• Ambitious team player.
• SIE, Series 63 and Series 79 licenses.

The Consumer Team at Brown Gibbons Lang & Company (BGL) is seeking an Investment Banking Senior Analyst to join our team in the Chicago office. BGL’s growing Consumer Team focuses on several key areas: Branded Consumer Products, eCommerce and Food & Beverage, including both upstream and downstream transactions.

Actual salary at the time of hire may vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors, including, but not limited to, the candidate’s relevant qualifications, skills, and experience and the location where this position may be filled.

Full-Time Salary Range

$110,000—$130,000 USD
