Brown Gibbons Lang & Company (BGL) seeks an Investment Banking Experienced Analyst in Chicago, IL. The role supports senior bankers across M&A, valuations and capital markets in healthcare and life sciences.

Responsibilities include financial analysis, modeling, and client management in a fast-paced environment. Ideal candidates have 1+ year in M&A investment banking or corporate M&A, a business/finance/accounting degree, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• One or more years of experience in M&A Investment Banking or corporate M&A.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance or Accounting is required.
• Sell-side M&A experience is preferred.
• Healthcare and life sciences experience is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of accounting and financial modeling.
• Proven track record of transaction execution and related materials.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong work ethic and organization.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize workload and meet deadlines.
