Fifth Third Bank is seeking an Investment Executive (Financial Advisor) in Dallas, TX to lead a team of licensed retail bankers, drive securities product sales, and develop client relationships. The role emphasizes coaching, training, and risk-aware advisory services to achieve financial goals for clients.

The position focuses on building internal and external client relationships, with compensation largely incentive-based and performance-driven. Travel within the territory is required.

Qualifications

• Prior brokerage industry experience.
• Series 7, 66 (or 63 and 65) and appropriate state required insurance licenses; variable annuity license required.
• Motivated by commission-based sales and recognition programs.
• Ability to motivate others in a team environment.
• Ability to transfer knowledge through coaching and teaching skills.
• Ability to simplify and communicate complex financial concepts.
• Proven ability to build strong client relationships.
• Extensive knowledge of securities products and financial solutions.
• Strong sales and presentation skills.
• Travel required within the assigned territory.

Responsabilités

• Achieve sales goals while serving clients’ best interests.
• Plan and conduct individual and group coaching sessions with retail bank employees.
• Develop and conduct client meetings to review accounts and close sales with licensed bankers.
• Handle daily client needs and prioritize tasks to resolve.
• Post-appointment follow-up to generate referrals.
• Manage sales planning for self and team to drive results.
• Maintain knowledge of financial products through self-study and coursework.
• Coordinate with team to ensure accurate completion of accountabilities.
• Conduct internal and external seminars for business development and growth.
• Introduce services of other bank employees (loans, estate planning, deposits).
• Coach and mentor licensed bankers; prepare tools for success.
• Guide progress toward goals and recognize achievements.
